We're recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants to support children across a range of primary schools

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs within the classroom.
- Deliver one-to-one and small group interventions to support learning and development.
- Encourage positive behaviour and build pupils' confidence and independence.
- Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and parents to support individual learning plans.
- Help pupils engage with classroom activities and reach their full potential.
- Maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.
- Previous experience in an SEN, education, care, or support role is an advantage.
- Understanding of Autism, ADHD, SEMH, or other additional needs is desirable.
- A calm, positive, and resilient attitude.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
