Milk Education is seeking a dedicated Pastoral Support Mentor to work with pupils with SEND in a specialist provision in Gateshead. The role centers on providing pastoral guidance and personalised support to help students engage with their education.
You will work closely with teachers and SENCOs to implement strategies, monitor wellbeing and progress, and act as a positive role model for pupils across learning activities and transitions.
