Vision for Education is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support Worker to assist young learners aged 4-16 with Autism and/or PMLD in SEND settings in Gateshead. The role focuses on supporting students who struggle to engage in a traditional classroom, with a compassionate and resilient approach as they access inclusive learning.
The ideal candidate will be adaptable, caring and able to thrive in fast-paced environments while contributing to pupils’ learning and wellbeing.
