Flexible shift work between 8:00am and 6:00pm, Monday-Friday

Qualified Early Years Assistant

Are you a caring, enthusiastic and qualified Early Years professional looking for your next opportunity? Do you have a passion for supporting young children to develop confidence, independence and essential early skills?

Milk Education is working in partnership with a welcoming nursery within a children's charity in Bensham, Gateshead, to appoint a Level 2 or Level 3 Qualified Early Years Assistant to join their dedicated team from September.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Early Years practitioner who is passionate about creating a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where young children can learn, play and thrive.

Essential Criteria
  • A recognised Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification.
  • Recent experience working with children in an Early Years, nursery or similar setting.
  • A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach to supporting young children's development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
  • Must live locally to Gateshead - no relocation.
