As a fully inclusive mainstream primary school with two ARMS provisions for autistic learners and pupils with physical disabilities, we are proud of our commitment to ensuring every child can thrive and succeed.
We are looking for a teacher who:
- Is an excellent classroom practitioner with high expectations of learning, achievement and behaviour.
- Is passionate about inclusion and ensuring that every child can access a rich and engaging curriculum.
- Demonstrates a strong commitment to meeting the needs of pupils with SEND, SEMH needs and additional vulnerabilities.
- Shares our belief that every child has the right to learn, be safe, be heard, be happy and be themselves.
- Can build positive relationships with children, families, colleagues and external agencies.
- Has a creative and flexible approach to teaching and learning.
- Can inspire, motivate and challenge pupils to reach their full potential.
- Is committed to working collaboratively as part of a dedicated and supportive staff team.
- Is willing to contribute fully to the wider life of the school.
- Has curriculum strengths and/or subject leadership experience that they would be keen to develop further.
We can offer:
- Wonderful children who are enthusiastic, respectful and eager to learn.
- A genuinely inclusive school community where every child is valued.
- The opportunity to teach and work alongside pupils with a diverse range of strengths, needs and abilities.
- A supportive and experienced leadership team committed to staff wellbeing and professional development.
- A talented, hardworking and friendly staff team with a strong sense of teamwork.
- Active and supportive governors.
- Opportunities to develop leadership skills and curriculum expertise.
- Strong partnerships with parents, carers and the wider community.
- A school that is committed to helping every learner achieve their very best.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a school where every child is valued and encouraged to succeed.
