• Carrying out topographical and measured building surveys (yes, the real‑life maps kind)
• Using total stations, GNSS equipment, and laser scanners like a pro
• Turning raw survey data into tidy, accurate drawings
• Keeping projects on track and making sure everything adds up
• Maintaining your gear and staying safe on site

• Experienced in land surveying (2‑3 years minimum preferred)
• Comfortable with survey software (AutoCAD, N4CE, LSS, or similar)
• Detail‑obsessed and proud of your accuracy
• Independent, reliable, and happy to work as part of a friendly team
• Full UK driving licence

• Competitive salary up to £42,000
