Land & Engineering Surveyors Wanted - Junior to Senior Levels

We’re recruiting on behalf of a growing and highly respected surveying consultancy delivering projects for major multi-disciplinary consultancies, Newcastle University, local councils, and large-scale infrastructure and development schemes across the North East and UK.

Due to continued growth, they're looking to hire ambitious Land & Engineering Surveyors at all levels — from Junior Surveyors looking to build a career, through to experienced Senior Surveyors ready for their next challenge.

This isn’t a repetitive site role. You’ll work across a wide range of projects with genuine variety, modern equipment, and clear progression opportunities within a supportive and experienced team.

• Topographical and measured surveys
• Engineering surveying and setting out
• Infrastructure and development projects
• Utility surveying and CCTV surveys
• Site control and monitoring work

No utility or CCTV experience? No problem — full training can be provided.

• Land or engineering surveying experience preferred
• Junior candidates with the right attitude encouraged to apply
• Experience using Leica, Trimble, or similar survey equipment advantageous
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Good communication and team working skills
• Full UK driving licence preferred
