The Glasshouse International Centre for Music is seeking a Customer Experience Team Member (CET) to welcome visitors, assist at the Welcome Desk and Box Office, and support shops and events. Roles include evening and weekend work, with shifts of 3–5 hours and a strong emphasis on customer care and safety.
We value proactive, friendly, and flexible staff, capable of engaging a wide range of customers and upholding our building standards and policies. Training and safeguarding are provided.
