Trainee Mortgage Advisor – Gateshead

PRIMIS Mortgage Network, a wholly owned subsidiary of LSL Property Services plc, is looking for fully qualified CeMAP 123 trainees to join our dynamic Apartment Representative Partner Firm in Gateshead.

Location:

Gateshead, UK (Tyne & Wear – Newcastle).

Employment options:
Employed or Self‑Employed.

Salary:
Base pay starts at £26,000 (employed) and rises to £30,000 once successful CAS. Advisors in the firm earn between £60,000 and £75,000 per annum.

Requirements:
You must be fully CeMAP qualified, self‑funded your CeMAP qualification, and live within easy reach of Gateshead.
