Gateshead Council is hiring a Housing Solutions Officer to work with clients who are homeless or at risk, conducting assessments and identifying prevention options. The role includes home visits and coordination with external partners to improve outcomes for residents.
You will support the delivery of housing options information, handle a complex caseload, and contribute to a responsive, inclusive service with a strong emphasis on customer care and equality.
