£45,032 per year (estimated). Permanent part‑time contract – 24 hours per week.

• Serve as the heart of the store, providing expert artistry and exceptional product knowledge to empower customers.
• Build lasting emotional connections and adapt styling to meet the diverse needs of each customer.
• Work at a fast pace to achieve and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with team members and management to foster teamwork.
• Maintain company grooming standards and represent the Charlotte Tilbury brand with professionalism.
• Provide guidance and support to customers, acting as a brand ambassador.
• Enjoy a flexible, dynamic work environment and contribute ideas to improve processes.
• Preferably hold an NVQ Level3 in Beauty Therapy.
• Preferably have experience as a Sales Advisor in a fast‑paced beauty, retail, or FMCG setting.
• Have experience applying makeup and tailoring styles for different customers.
