• NMC Registered Nurse (RGN RMN or RNLD) with an active PIN.
• Experience working in a nursing home or similar residential setting.
• Strong understanding of dementia care and person-centred support.
• Confident in clinical assessments medication administration and safeguarding practices.
• Calm proactive and able to work independently during night shifts.

• Lead safe and effective care throughout the night ensuring residents feel secure comfortable and well-supported.
• Oversee medication management care planning and clinical decision-making.
• Respond promptly to any changes in residents health needs.
• Collaborate with night care teams offering guidance coaching and clinical expertise.
• Maintain high standards of documentation and uphold CQC compliance.
• Build positive relationships with residents families and colleagues to promote a supportive community.
