About The Role This is a casual, part-time Bank Care Assistant position offering flexible working. You will help residents enjoy each day by delivering quality care and support, assisting with daily living, providing companionship, and sharing moments and memories. Every day will be different and you may undertake work that's varied and rewarding. You could be supporting residents with their food and drink and following care plans, ensuring each resident has one-to-one time, and putting your skills to meaningful use.

• Assist residents with daily living tasks and provide support and companionship
• Follow individual care plans and ensure each resident has one-to-one time
• Support residents with meals and drinks as needed
• Contribute to a caring, compassionate environment and share moments and memories with residents

• Some experience of caring for older people
• Can-do approach and excellent communication skills
• Empathy, warm-heartedness and compassion to deliver high-quality care
• Willingness to participate in training and development
