The NHS in Gateshead is seeking a Band 5 nurse to join the Older Persons Mental Health Inpatient unit at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Cragside ward.
You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, contribute to assessment, care planning, and discharge planning, and provide compassionate care to older adults with mental health needs.
Flexible to work across shifts, including nights, with opportunities to develop skills in risk assessment and PMVA awareness.
