Careline Lifestyles is seeking compassionate Support Workers to join Lanchester Court in Gateshead. You will assist residents with mental health needs and disabilities, helping them live safe, meaningful lives.
You will support with activities, personal care, meals, appointments, and daily routines, using Positive Behaviour Support to promote wellbeing. Full training through Careline Academy is provided.
