- Set team targets and line manage the Occupational Therapy team, encouraging continuous development to meet the evolving needs of the service.
- Manage team workload demands by effectively prioritising competing tasks and implementing strategic allocation methods.
- Write, implement, and monitor team action plans and risk assessments, ensuring alignment with organisational expectations.
- Ensure the team complies with statutory obligations, guaranteeing high quality practice and documentation through thorough quality assurance processes, regular audits, and scrutiny of treatment plans and other statutory recordings.
- Write and present management reports in a detailed manner for senior managers and develop comprehensive business plans to support service objectives.
