QE Facilities Out-Patient Pharmacy in Gateshead Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Pharmacist part-time to cover 36 hours per week. You will serve as RP, promote safe medicine handling, and support homecare and WDA operations at Spire House, Washington, while building relationships with the Trust and stakeholders.
Ideal candidates will have GPhC registration and a strong clinical focus, contributing to KPI targets and a patient-centered service in a busy outpatient setting.
