Gateshead Council is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for Blaydon Lodge to provide compassionate care to adults with learning disabilities and autism. You will work across a shift-based rota, including mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays, delivering high-quality, person-centered support.
You will promote independence, uphold privacy and dignity, and assist with daily activities, medication administration, and documentation, contributing to a safe, empowering environment.
