About This Role

Apollo Home Healthcare are looking for caring and dedicated Healthcare Assistants to join a brand-new care package, providing 1:1 support to an 8-year-old girl with complex care needs in her own home and at school.

This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a newly established care team, supporting her to feel safe, comfortable and confident in her daily routine.

During term time, you will provide support at school, while during school holidays and non-term time, you will provide care in her home.

Your role will include supporting with her complex and clinical care needs, monitoring her wellbeing, providing personal care and ensuring she remains safe, comfortable and engaged throughout the day.

Clinical Experience

Previous experience supporting children with complex healthcare needs is desirable.

Where required, specialist clinical training will be provided by our highly skilled, in-house nursing team.

Essential Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must:

* Have a minimum of 3 months' paid experience working in a professional care setting within the UK.

* Have the right to work in the UK
* * Be committed to delivering safe, compassionate and child-centred care.

* Be willing to complete client-specific, clinical training where required.

We do not hold a sponsorship licence and are therefore unable to consider applicants requiring sponsorship.
