This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Care Assistant, Team Leader, Care Supervisor, Residential Care Worker, Dementia Support Worker, or Care Practitioner looking to join a supportive organisation where residents truly come first.

You’ll play a key role in leading shifts, supporting colleagues, ensuring high standards of care, and helping residents maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading and supporting care teams during shifts
• Providing high-quality, person-centred care to residents
• Supporting residents with all aspects of daily living
• Administering and managing medication safely and accurately
• Monitoring resident wellbeing and responding to changing needs
• Completing care plans, records and documentation
• Supporting the induction, training and development of new staff
• Promoting safeguarding, dignity and best practice at all times
