KCRSolutions is a light‑duty payroll partner seeking a Payroll Supervisor to oversee the organisations payroll and pension functions ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Responsible for the day‑to‑day running of the payroll function for the company and its subsidiaries.
- Timely processing of part‑time and casual timesheets, staff mileage, expenses and any other non‑salary payroll payments.
- Calculate and process payroll adjustments required for salary advances, salary sacrifice schemes (SSP/SMP), or any other leave of absence.
- Maintain accurate and auditable payroll records on the iTrent payroll system.
- Ensure payroll and pension procedures are up‑to‑date, fit for purpose and regularly reviewed, focusing on quality improvement and change implementation.
- Provide timely and accurate statutory payroll and pension month‑and‑year‑end reports.
- Administer and complete reports for the pension schemes (TPAL/ GPS Stakeholder) and provide information to external bodies as required.
- Manage relationships and attend regular meetings with the HR team.
- Advise the senior leader on contract payments and staffing changes to support strategic decisions.
- Resolve pension and payroll queries across all staff levels.
- Ensure compliance with auto‑enrolment and pension reporting regulations.
- Work with system administration to maintain and improve payroll system integration.
- Provide payroll data and guidance to the Finance Manager and team.
- Build strong external partnerships and engage with HR/payroll networks.
- Monitor payroll costing to support budget control.
- Take on additional tasks to meet month‑end and year‑end deadlines.
- Ability to effectively organise own work and manage time and deadlines.

Payroll Management, Lawson, Accounting, Ulti Pro, Workers' Compensation Law, Ceridian, Peoplesoft, ADP, Kronos, Supervision Experience, Workday.
