We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Industrial team at e-Commerce in Newcastle.

With a strong business focus and a passion for building relationships, you will drive the growth of our temporary Industrial desk.

Salary
:
Negotiable based on experience, plus excellent benefits, uncapped commission and incentives throughout the year.

Requirements
:

• Strong local market knowledge and good knowledge of the industrial sector.
• A thorough, organised approach, detail‑oriented and proactive.
• Well presented, articulate, and self‑motivated.
• Recruitment experience, ideally within the industrial sector.
• Must hold a current full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities
:

• Run and grow a temporary Industrial desk independently.
• Place temporary Industrial candidates into a wide range of roles.
• Complete all aspects of a 360‑consultancy role, bringing in new clients and maintaining relationships with existing Industrial clients.
• Collaborate within a supportive team environment.
• Leverage the high‑performing office setting for career development.
