HR Employee Relations Case Manager

Due to our continued growth and success, we are looking for a HR Employee Relations Case Manager to join our team.

This role will be based at Rotterdam House in Gateshead and will provide a remote support service within our brand network of dealerships across the country.

• Support Managers with all employee relations issues remotely.
• Remote attendance via Teams at disciplinary, grievance, appeals, welfare & capability meetings.
• Providing sound ER advice in line with company policies and employment legislation.
• Arranging hearings, sending out relevant letters and documentation.
• Providing comprehensive outcome letters on behalf of the operational teams.
• Support the Senior ER Manager with gathering employment tribunal information.
• Build strong and cohesive relationships with key stakeholders.
• Identify trends and offer proactive advice.
• Support with ad-hoc HR projects when required.

• Experience in a similar role within a fast-paced organisation is essential.
• Experience of managing high case load. (c25-40 cases).
• Has ability to make decisions at pace.
• Is able to work autonomously and manage own workload.
• Sound knowledge of employment law.
• CIPD Level 3 or 5 advantageous
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple cases independently.
• Confident communicating at all levels.
