The Talent World is recruiting a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) / HR Manager to shape and lead the HR function at our Gateshead facility. You will partner with senior leaders, manage workforce planning, and drive talent acquisition and retention while aligning people strategy with business growth.
Based in Gateshead with occasional travel to Rugby, you will handle complex ER matters, oversee payroll data accuracy, and deliver leadership coaching and HR training.
