HR Advisor

Are you seeking an opportunity to be part of a supportive HR team? We have an opportunity for an HR Advisor with generalist experience to join our client in Gateshead on a permanent basis. What will you be doing:
Dealing will general HR queries and providing guidance Leading Employee relations, including investigations, grievances and absence management Recruitment, job advertising through relationships with stakeholders and onboarding Keeping employee records up to date and compliance Ensuring policies and procedures are relevant and up to date Supporting with key projects and initiatives as they arise What are they looking for: HR Generalist experience A strong level of ER knowledge Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies CIPD level 5 qualified or equivalent experience Benefits on offer:
