Web Analytics Analyst
Location:

- Lead on Google Analytics reporting, insight development, governance and self‑serve support.
- Manage multiple Google Analytics accounts and profiles, ensuring accurate and actionable data.
- Maintain and develop Google Tag Manager, including tags, pixels and container governance across all front-end websites.
- Implement tagging across web properties aligned to KPIs, goals and marketing strategy.
- Build, develop and maintain data models, automated data processes and insightful dashboards.
- Provide actionable insights on marketing campaigns, channels and promotions.
- Support CRO and A/B testing with analytics, recommendations and performance evaluation.
- Create clear, actionable dashboards for the Digital Marketing and Marketing Leadership teams.
- Oversee digital marketing briefs into the Insight & Analytics team, ensuring outputs align with objectives.
- Act as the marketing lead for web data governance, documentation and definition.
- Recommend website performance improvements and support testing initiatives.
- Deliver insight and dashboards for third‑party lead generation and support marketplace performance activity.
- Proven experience working with GA4 to create meaningful marketing insight.
- Strong working knowledge of Google Tag Manager and web tracking implementation.
- Experience developing analytical insight for digital marketing teams in an online retail or similar environment.
- Skilled at summarising complex marketing data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Competent in data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker Studio).
- Experience working with Google Big Query is highly advantageous.
- Confident working with complex datasets and building dashboards, reports and attribution models.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage expectations and build stakeholder trust.
- A strong customer‑focused mindset and high digital marketing acumen.
