A regional IT service provider in Gateshead is seeking a Digital Support Technician Level 3 Apprentice.
This role offers hands-on experience in IT support, working with Microsoft 365 and Windows operating systems. As an apprentice, you will learn to provide first-line technical support, assist with user onboarding, and troubleshoot IT issues. You will also receive training from experienced professionals, leading to an accredited Digital Support Technician Level 3 qualification. The working week is Monday to Friday, office-based with occasional site visits.
