Cyber and Network Support Technician

Salary: £26,500 - 26,500 per year

• Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and network issues, including diagnosing and resolving common faults.
• Support cybersecurity monitoring tasks, identifying potential vulnerabilities and escalating risks.
• Assist in routine network troubleshooting, configuration, and securing of devices and systems.
• Support the implementation of cybersecurity best practices to protect systems and data from unauthorized access.
• Carry out basic cybersecurity testing and document findings.
• Log and document all support activities in line with internal processes.
• Collaborate with senior technicians to elevate complex issues when required.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external users.
