Senior Lifting Inspection Engineer - North England

About the Role

• Site‑based Senior TIC Engineer tasked with inspection, function testing, repair and maintenance of lifting and working at height equipment.
• Proof load testing of runway beams, davit sockets, swing jibs, lift shaft eyes and basic installations.
• Produce reports and certifications including detailed failed‑item reporting.
• Carry out site surveys and advise customers on correct selection and use of lifting equipment.
• Support the lifting depot network by maintaining the hire fleet, upskilling team members and providing bespoke solutions.
• Extensive travel across the North of England; flexible on candidate locations.

• Significant experience in lifting equipment industry with excellent product knowledge.
• Multiple LEEA qualifications including Runways & Crane Structures or Overhead Travelling Cranes.
• Manufacturer & Industry Training (CSCS, IPAF, Confined Space, Working at Height, PASMA, etc).
• Competent in accordance with LOLER.
• IT Literate.
• Valid driving licence.
