Job Overview

We are recruiting for a high performing Night Manager to help our business grow and succeed. As Night Manager you will lead and empower our colleagues to ensure the stores are always customer ready.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and empower colleagues to put the customer first and deliver outstanding customer service
  • Listen and respond to customer feedback and react accordingly
  • Ensure market‑leading availability across the store
  • Work with other managers to lead a supportive and performance‑driven department
  • Efficiently manage all people routines, taking accountability for scheduling, absence, performance and talent conversations
  • Deliver training to ensure the team has the capability and confidence to deliver their role
  • Enable colleagues to work with confidence across various departments
  • Identify and develop talent within the department
  • Build effective relationships with other operating departments
  • Lead colleagues to work with purpose, delivering outstanding performance against all relevant targets
  • Take a leadership role within the store
  • Ensure resources are planned thoroughly

Qualifications / What we need from you
  • Experience managing a team in a fast‑paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills to share knowledge, experience and best practices
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across all areas while remaining flexible
  • Adaptable to change and able to challenge effectively
  • Actively listen to and respond effectively to customers and colleagues

Previous experience in the retail industry, hospitality, service industry or travel & tourism is preferred.
