You will oversee planned and reactive maintenance, drive safety, compliance and performance, and coordinate engineers, technicians and contractors.
The successful candidate will have a time-served electrical or mechanical apprenticeship (HND/NVQ3 or equivalent), at least five years in building services, and proven leadership
