Production Support Operators

We have a fantastic opportunity to join our highly flexible and skilled team at an international manufacturing plant in Felling. As a Production Support Operator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our manufacturing team has all the materials needed to achieve production performance targets. You'll follow standard operating procedures and use continuous improvement methodologies to enhance performance in Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) and quality.,

Take responsibility for your work, your safety, and the safety of your colleagues.

• Follow HSE rules and procedures for all tasks.
• Maintain product quality throughout the manufacturing process.
• Operate within systems and procedures safely, using escalation processes effectively.
• Drive FLTs to load and unload vehicles.
• Continuously challenge and improve personal performance.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of the business and its operations.
