Production Engineer

The Company Our client is a market leading manufacturing company due to a sustained period of growth they are now looking to recruit a Production Engineer.

The Role Will be working day shift system. The role will support the implementation of new products as they continue their year by year expanding growth. You will report directly to the General Manager and will be actively involved in the rolling out the strategic direction and growth aspects of the business. Set targets in line with the departmental objectives for the creation and management of all product process SOPs, ensuring control and adherence within the manufacturing environment.

Promote a culture which ensures discipline of standards and expectations and these are followed and met at all times. Roll out training programmes for all new processes introduced. Ensure all manufacturing activities are covered by SOPs. Ensure manufacturing performance indicators are measured and monitored. Prioritise and develop projects based on critical needs.
