• Assisting with the assembly of electrical panels and systems
• Carrying out wiring and terminations under guidance
• Working from engineering drawings, schematics, and build documentation
• Completing necessary paperwork within work packs
• Following quality procedures and internal standards
• Supporting production targets in collaboration with the team
• Upholding high standards of health & safety at all times

• Basic understanding of electrical or engineering manufacturing environments
• Ability to follow electrical drawings and instructions
• Confidence using hand and battery‑powered tools
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a small team
• Good communication skills
• Solid understanding of workplace health & safety
• Right to work in the UK

• Previous experience in electrical assembly or manufacturing
• Exposure to panel wiring or industrial electrical systems
