Complex Glue Operator

We're looking for an experienced Complex Gluer Operator to join our manufacturing team in Gateshead. You'll be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining complex folder gluing machinery, ensuring products meet customer specifications while delivering high standards of quality, safety, and performance.

• Operating and setting complex folder gluing machinery
• Monitoring quality standards and customer specifications
• Carrying out routine maintenance and troubleshooting
• Training and supporting team members
• Maintaining excellent health, safety, and housekeeping standards

• Previous experience operating complex folder gluing machinery
• Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills
• Manufacturing experience, ideally within print, packaging, or carton production
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
