Job Overview

Reporting into the Retail Marketing team, you will work alongside experienced marketing professionals and gain exposure to a variety of channels, stakeholders and marketing disciplines. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced, commercially focused environment while building a strong foundation for a career in marketing. By combining academic study with practical work experience, this apprenticeship offers the opportunity to develop your marketing knowledge while contributing to real business outcomes.

• Support the planning and delivery of retail marketing campaigns across New Car and Motability programmes.
• Assist in the execution of multi‑channel marketing campaigns, including CRM, digital, social media and offline activity.
• Help coordinate campaign assets, offers, creative materials and dealership information.
• Support local dealership marketing activity and its alignment with national manufacturer campaigns.
• Assist with the planning and delivery of experiential marketing events, including logistics and on‑site support.
• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, channel specialists and external agencies to support campaign delivery.
• Assist with CRM activity, testing campaigns and learning best‑practice audience targeting techniques.
• Gain exposure to digital marketing channels including paid media, website activity and social campaigns.
• Support campaign tracking, performance monitoring and reporting.
• Develop an understanding of marketing metrics, campaign effectiveness and return on investment.
• Assist with budget tracking and campaign administration.
• Ensure activity follows brand guidelines, GDPR requirements and advertising regulations.
• Learn how AI and emerging technologies can support marketing planning, content creation and campaign delivery.
• Stay up to date with industry developments, consumer trends and competitor activity.

Applicants are required to have, or be predicted to obtain, GCSE Grade A-C / 9-4 (or equivalent) in the following subjects:
