Alive Church in Gateshead seeks a 16–25s Missional Pastor to establish a vibrant presence among young people. The role focuses on building relationships and pathways for youth engaging with faith.
The successful candidate will pioneer missional activities, develop a new worship community, and integrate 16–25s into church life, supporting them through relational engagement and spiritual exploration. This full-time position has a salary of £29,700.
