Location: Gateshead, GB

Join our Quality team in Felling as a Quality Control Technician, where you’ll support quality assurance processes, carry out product testing and help ensure our raw materials and finished goods meet the highest standards.

• Test and release raw materials and finished products.
• Carry out manufacturing and filling sample testing.
• Record results accurately and maintain quality documentation.
• Support investigations into customer complaints and quality issues.
• Participate in audits and continuous improvement activities.
• Maintain QC areas and ensure compliance with site and laboratory procedures.
• Support the QC team with day-to-day activities.

• Previous experience in a quality control or laboratory environment.
• Experience with in manufacturing, paint or coatings is desirable.
• Strong organisation skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
• A proactive approach with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and perform under pressure.

• Experience with resins, chemicals or coatings.
• A passion for quality, problem solving and continuous improvement.
