Job PurposeJoin our Quality team in Felling as a Quality Control Technician, where you’ll support quality assurance processes, carry out product testing and help ensure our raw materials and finished goods meet the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Test and release raw materials and finished products.
- Carry out manufacturing and filling sample testing.
- Record results accurately and maintain quality documentation.
- Support investigations into customer complaints and quality issues.
- Participate in audits and continuous improvement activities.
- Maintain QC areas and ensure compliance with site and laboratory procedures.
- Support the QC team with day-to-day activities.
- Previous experience in a quality control or laboratory environment.
- Experience with in manufacturing, paint or coatings is desirable.
- Strong organisation skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- A proactive approach with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and perform under pressure.
- Experience with resins, chemicals or coatings.
- A passion for quality, problem solving and continuous improvement.
