Biscuit International UK Limited in Gateshead is seeking a Technical Assistant to join our Quality team. Reporting to the Technical Manager, you will support the administration and maintenance of our technical and quality systems to ensure compliance with customer requirements and high production standards.
You will coordinate laboratory records, manage samples, test materials, liaise with suppliers, and help implement the Food Safety & Quality system in line with BRC standards.
