We’re looking for a Quality Complaints Coordinator MPY – EMEA to join our team in Felling, UK. In this role, you’ll coordinate customer complaint handling across the Marine, Protective and Yacht business in EMEA, while supporting the rollout and continuous improvement of our Case Management Tool.

Working across Quality, Sales, Technical Service, R&D, Supply Chain, Production and IT, you’ll help improve complaint processes, strengthen data quality and support timely resolution and continuous improvement.

• Support and maintain the Case Management Tool across MPY EMEA
• Drive process consistency, adoption and data quality
• Coordinate customer complaints through to resolution
• Support root cause investigations and corrective actions
• Deliver training and guidance to users
• Analyse complaint trends and reporting data
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve systems and processes

• Experience in coatings or a similar manufacturing environment
• Background in complaint handling, quality processes or case management systems
• Strong analytical and organisational skills
• Good working knowledge of Excel, Power BI, SharePoint and Power Point
• Ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholders
• Proactive and customer-focused approach
• Willingness to travel as required
