We’re looking for a passionate and customer-focused Sales Associate to join the Reiss team at our Newcastle Metro store. • Deliver a premium, tailored customer service experience
• Provide in-depth knowledge of the Reiss brand and product range
• Build genuine connections with customers by understanding their needs
• Act as a Reiss Brand Ambassador on the shop floor
• Maintain high visual merchandising and store presentation standards
• Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues and management
• Support the management team in achieving sales and operational goals
• Work collaboratively as part of a fast-paced retail team

• A passion for premium or luxury fashion brands
• Previous experience in a customer-facing or retail environment
• A strong customer-first mindset with excellent service skills

• The ability to adapt to changing priorities and work flexibly
• Confidence communicating with a wide range of customers
