Contract type:
Permanent full‑time

Salary: £28,500 dependent on brand experience, plus bonus

Hours:

42 hours (Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm, Saturdays 8am to 1pm on a rota basis)

We are on the hunt for an experienced and enthusiastic Parts Advisor. This role is integral to the smooth running of our parts department. Working alongside a friendly and hard‑working team of parts advisors, you will build relationships with customers and manage their expectations.

• Assisting the Parts Manager with daily duties
• Completing vehicle health checks for the workshop
• Ensuring all items are correctly located and stock control
• Receiving orders and ensuring returns are up to date
• Answering calls from customers
• Providing excellent customer care

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication skills
• Practical knowledge of computer systems
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team
