Hourly Rate - £12.81

• Welcome customers with confidence and energy, offering friendly support and helping them find the right products for their needs.
• Use in-store systems to check stock, share product options, and support the full customer journey.
• Keep the shop floor clean, organised, and fully replenished — ensuring displays stay fresh and aligned with GO Outdoors standards.
• Support day-to-day store tasks, including till duties, restocking, and following all safety and store guidelines.

• A positive, enthusiastic approach suited to a fast-paced, customer-focused retail environment.
• Strong communication skills, with confidence engaging customers and working as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn, take on new tasks, and develop skills in a supportive store environment.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, evenings, and busy seasonal periods.
• A genuine passion for the outdoors and GO Outdoors product range.
• Proactive attitude, with confidence in approaching customers and supporting sales opportunities.
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring the shop floor is always well presented and customer‑ready.
• Self-motivated, with a desire to learn, improve, and progress within the business.
