Role Overview

This Christmas, we’re looking for enthusiastic Seasonal Store Colleagues to join our team and help deliver a magical shopping experience for our customers.

• Positive, welcoming attitude with genuine enthusiasm for helping customers.
• Team player mindset, especially during peak festive trading hours.
• Proactive and energetic approach to delivering a great shopping experience.

• Provide excellent customer service and support in a fast-paced, team-focused retail environment.
• Assist customers in locating and purchasing products, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Support store operations, including merchandise displays, bagging, and checkout processes.
• Work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, and be available to work Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-focused retail environment.
• Flexible and adaptable, able to support different store needs.
• Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
