The salary for this role is £13.56 per hour and up to £15.59 per hour across selected locations within London.

We’re shaking up the beauty scene, and as a Boots Beauty Specialist, you’ll be right at the centre of it. You’ll be the go‑to expert across skincare, makeup and haircare—getting to know your customers, understanding what they need, and guiding them to products that genuinely work for them.

• Work across all premium and luxury brands, offering unbiased recommendations
• Meet sales targets as part of a supportive team (no commission pressure)
• Create standout customer experiences through natural, confident conversations
• Bring new products, offers and launches to life in store
• Keep the beauty hall and counters looking their best – clean, stocked and ready to explore
• Build your expertise through brand training, online learning and events
• Get involved in social content, in‑store events and campaigns

• A real passion for beauty, skincare, haircare and helping people feel their best
• Confidence to approach customers, start conversations and build connections
• The drive to meet and exceed sales goals
• Able to communicate clearly and understand people’s needs
• Curiosity and a proactive attitude to learning new techniques and products

• Experience working in beauty retail or target‑based roles
• A creative interest in creating social content
