Overview

Loose Spirit Agency is creating the best sales retail team in the North East, selling from a new pop-up store in the Metrocentre, Gateshead. Products include Crisdean Gin and Liqueurs, Crisdean RTD Cans, and Schnucki Cocktails.

People who like people, can talk freely with others, show empathy, are well presented, enthusiastic, reliable and honest. You also should be able to close sales when presenting our products and provide excellent customer service.

Training, support, guidance, encouragement, and the chance to earn good money (basic salary and commission on targets achieved).

Responsibilities include engaging with customers from the moment they set foot in the store, presenting products, closing sales, maintaining store presentation, and contributing to meeting or exceeding sales targets.
