We're looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our Ready Mix team in Birtley. You'll play a key role in processing customer orders, coordinating deliveries and ensuring a safe, efficient and customer-focused transport operation.

Whatyou'llbe doing

Receiving and processing Ready Mix concrete orders
Scheduling deliveries to meet customer requirements
Providing customers with updates and outstanding service
Working closely with transport, logistics and production teams
Coordinating third-party haulage and ensuring compliance standards are met
Building strong relationships with haulage suppliers and stakeholders
Supporting medium and long-term planning to meet customer demand

Working Pattern:
Monday - Friday, 7am–5pm.

Rotational Shift Pattern (7-4pm & 8-5pm)
Saturday Mornings Rotational if required

Whatwe'relooking for

Experience in customer service, transport,logistics, distribution or route planning
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Excellent or ganisational and problem-solving abilities
Commercial awareness and a customer-focused mindset
Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Office (SAP and CRM experience desirable)
A proactive approach with a desire to learn and improve
