At Fitness Supervisor, were looking for a confident, energetic Multi-Site Sales Advisor to represent our brand across several of our key stores primarily Newcastle, Sheffield, Manchester, and Northampton as well as pop-up shops and trade shows. Youll be the face of our business, helping customers choose the right fitness equipment to transform their goals into reality.

This is a role for someone who loves variety, enjoys travelling, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. And with a base salary of £28,000 plus an uncapped discretionary bonus scheme from day one, you could be earning around £500 extra per month. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing a first-class in-store experience for every customer Selling premium fitness equipment face-to-face, over the phone, and via Live Chat Understanding customer needs and recommending the right products Demonstrating equipment and explaining features clearly and confidently Working 40 hours per week across 5 days (rota and store locations provided monthly) Supporting stores across England when required, including some weekends and Bank Holidays Travelling regularly as part of your role What were looking for Youll be a great fit if you bring: A confident, proactive approach to customer interaction Previous sales experience (ideal but not essential) Strong upselling and cross-selling skills Motivation to hit and exceed monthly targets A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service Good numeracy and communication skills Comfortable with regular travel across England Why Fitness Superstore?
