Contract Type:
Permanent, full time
Salary: OTE up to £50,000 per annum plus company car! (including £25,000 basic plus uncapped commission)
Hours: 44 hours per week, Monday - Friday 08:30 - 18:00, Saturday 09:00 - 17:00 & Sunday 11:00 - 15:00 (One day off in the week and weekends on rota basis)

The role is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the full sales journey while achieving new car, finance, and add‑on product targets. The Sales Executive must maintain strong product knowledge of the Kia range, manage and follow up customer leads through the CRM system, and work collaboratively with the wider dealership team to maximise sales opportunities. All activity must be carried out in line with brand standards and compliance requirements.
The New Car Sales Executive will sell new Kia vehicles to private and business customers by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate vehicles and finance solutions. The role includes conducting professional vehicle presentations and test drives, negotiating deals within company guidelines, completing accurate and compliant documentation, and managing customer relationships from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover.
Performance will be measured against key metrics including new car sales volume, finance and insurance penetration, customer satisfaction scores, effective CRM usage, and adherence to company and FCA compliance standards.
The role works closely with the dealership’s Sales Executives, Sales Management team, Business Managers, and support functions including administration and aftersales to ensure a seamless customer journey. The position reports directly to the Sales Manager.
Responsibilities- Communicating with customers via email, telephone and in person
- Suggesting suitable vehicles based on customer needs
- Arranging and accompanying customers on test drives
- Negotiating the final price for the sale
- Completing the relevant paperwork for each sale
- Liaising with various departments within the dealership to provide the best service to all our customers
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be self‑motivated to crack on with the job and be passionate about what they do. You will be expected to hit targets so being ambitious and hard‑working is essential.
Previous experience in a similar position and within the motor trade would be preferred but not essential as we are always on the look out for new/fresh talent to join our team. You will hold a full UK driving licence as you may be expected to drive some of the most prestigious cars on the market!
