In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of that mission: leading the charge on strategic deal‑closing, engaging with C‑suite stakeholders, and securing long‑term partnerships built on trust, insight and strong commercial judgement.
This is not a typical account‑management role. It requires a closer’s instinct, the ability to build momentum in a sophisticated buying journey, and the confidence to convert opportunity into revenue.
- Closing High-Value Deals:
Own the full closing cycle for flexible energy contracts, converting high-intent prospects into strategic, long-term clients. - Growing Key Accounts:
Uncover new opportunities within existing portfolios and support clients in strengthening their flexible risk‑management approach. - Making Markets Accessible:
Translate market data, risk insights and purchasing strategies into clear, compelling commercial proposals. - Owning Your Pipeline:
Keep a clean, accountable pipeline in Salesforce, ensuring visibility, accuracy and consistency. - Cross‑Team
Collaboration:
Work closely with Risk, Product and Trading teams to ensure your proposed strategies align with each client’s commercial objectives. - Leading Conversations:
Deliver confident presentations, negotiate at senior level and drive discussions with a clear focus on value and return.
- B2B Sales Track Record:
Strong evidence of closing meaningful, high-value deals in energy. - Analytical Credibility:
Comfortable interpreting data and using insight as a tool to influence decisions and remove objections. - CRM Confidence:
Skilled in CRM platforms, with disciplined pipeline management across multi‑layered cycles. - Negotiation Strength: A resilient, solutions‑driven negotiator who can navigate procurement, challenge assumptions and win over senior decision‑makers.
